Cardinale Scarpe has been a landmark since 1978 for quality handcrafted footwear, bags, and accessories, in the heart of Milan on via Belfiore.
Bringing online the authentic style, philosophy, and tailor-made care of Cardinale, creating a digital experience that conveys the atmosphere of the historic Milanese workshop and facilitates purchases on all devices.

HOW WE WORKED

Creative analysis and copywriting
We have analyzed the brand's history, collected testimonials, key phrases (“Passion, dedication, and attention to detail since 1978”), and structured content that highlights:
The familial origin and the story of generations. The human and “artisanal” approach in store welcome and customer service. The pride of Italian production, with a narrative on collections and craftsmanship.
Texts for the pages “The Story,” “The Philosophy,” “How to Buy,” and the call-to-action have been designed to engage users not only as buyers but as guests, inviting them to discover the products and visit the store in person.
Magento mobile-first design and development
The site is built on Magento, the most robust and flexible e-commerce platform. Our intervention included:
UX/UI design: elegant layout, color palette inspired by the workshop and materials, sections dedicated to collections, leather goods, accessories, gift ideas, and gift wrapping.
Responsive experience: smooth navigation on mobile, desktop, and tablet.
Blog and content: in-depth articles on handcrafted shoes, style tips, focus on history and ceremonies, creating value for SEO and brand storytelling.
Product sheets and storytelling: professional photography, descriptive texts on craftsmanship processes, size guides, intuitive filters.
Digital services: online purchasing guide, orders and shipping, returns and refunds, payment methods, direct assistance via phone.
Social & newsletter integration: visible links to Instagram and Facebook, newsletter signup to build customer loyalty and keep them updated on events and news.
