Users, as individuals, are subject solely to civil and criminal laws that limit external freedom of opinion. Such rules act as limits to the freedom of expression of thought, also connected to the peculiarities of the employment relationship: these are explicit statements of the duties of loyalty and confidentiality that apply to the worker as they are deducible from the work performance.
Moderation
Everyone has the right to intervene and express their free opinion. On the promoted social channels, Droplet S.r.l. may remove comments and posts that are not relevant to the subject of the channel not only but also may remove messages and posts considered harmful, discriminatory, and offensive towards itself or other participants, whether they are participating in the discussion or not.

The Controller does not perform any form of control over the use of personal information communicated in a public forum, a comment area, making the platform user solely responsible for any disclosure.
Insults, vulgarity, threats, or behaviors that undermine personal dignity, the rights of minorities and minors, and the principles of freedom and equality will not be tolerated. Additionally, the following will be moderated: comments that are off-topic with respect to the discussion of a given post (the so-called off-topic); comments or posts that may report sensitive data or a context that limits users’ freedoms; interventions submitted repeatedly or that may disturb the discussion or offend those who manage and moderate the social channels, spam. For those who repeatedly violate these conditions or those contained in the policies of the adopted tools, the staff reserves the right to block the user to prevent further interventions and to report the same to the responsible platform officials and possibly to the law enforcement authorities.
